We arrived at the hotel at lunchtime and were immediately offered rooms with a view of the construction site, but were also told that we could take rooms with a view of the pool for $75. In the end, we negotiated for 25-30 dollars. We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, during which time our room was cleaned 2 times, once because they gave us 1 dollar, and the second time because at the reception they complained about our cleaner. He categorically refused to clean without payment, but even with payment he cleaned so-so. In general, we have never encountered worse service than in this hotel anywhere. We were a group of 5 families (15 people) and not a single person liked it. The hotel area is not bad, but the buildings and rooms are simply terrible. Regarding check-out from the hotel: at 12 o’clock, as everywhere else, you need to hand over your card and key, and then they immediately cut off your bracelet (they say that’s how it’s supposed to be), our check-out was at 8 pm, that is, it’s no longer possible to eat in the restaurant, not even a drink at the bar, that’s all!!!
But we were not at a loss, and took off our bracelets ourselves (someone said that they had lost them, someone said that they had just taken them off), and we calmly used everything in the hotel until the evening. One more thing, there are a lot of local vacationers in this hotel and they come in large clans to relax (like our gypsies). If your room overlooks the pool, you'll be up until late at night listening to their kids scream. Regarding the restaurant: the food is monotonous every day, by the end of the second week I didn’t even want to eat anything. Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid - $4 until the end of the day (not for a day). But in the first building, on the flight of stairs near the elevator (on any floor), there is free Wi-Fi from a neighboring hotel, if you need to urgently write, you can write from there (our children ran there). If you decide to buy a local Internet connection at the airport, then don’t buy Orange. We bought a SIM card with 69 gigs, they ran out on the 6th day. If you have a choice, choose another hotel!! !
