I want to share my stay in this hotel. Horror! After reading the reviews and looking at the beautiful pictures, we chose this hotel! I do not advise anyone! The tour operator did not warn that repairs were underway, everything was destroyed, the reception was just a booth, the room was given a nightmare when settling in, a terrible stench of sewerage, but some kind of local muck was splattered. All Ukrainians are pushed into the old building near the road and far from the sea. Only after the third urgent request to change the room, they gave a bungalow with a tolerable repair, all in blue. The Germans are settled in new bungalows with brown modern furniture. The weather is also not very good. Windy, swimming is not comfortable already. The hotel guide is a rare boor, after our refusal to buy excursions at a double price from him, he changed dramatically, his smile disappeared, he began to be rude. We went on a tour for 30 dollars (20+10 children) bought from a boy here advised, found in viber, and our guide offered the same for 50+20. Fine??? ? The staff snaps, you can’t wait for the appliances, there are no napkins, you have to ask. Drinks are not interrogated. It is not possible to sign up for an a la carte restaurant, it is always busy, you have to be on duty until 7 in the morning, you may be lucky to get there. We got into one - we threw 2 pieces of shish kebab and scattered some soup on the tables. The Internet is barely pulling, the photo is not skinesh, it is not possible to talk about it.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Something they repair and it will drag on for a long time. Excavators worked under our windows, they are building a reception desk.
