They put us in a room overlooking the garden (we didn’t care), and the fact is that in April out of 12 buildings -6 buildings were under renovation, so only two were with sea views . But the view of the garden is no worse, so I think you should not overpay for a room. I want to immediately note that the repair in the buildings did not interfere and did not make noise. The territory is large, well-groomed, everything is watered, cut, there is a volleyball, football (green grass everywhere), tennis courts, golf courses, archery, there is even a ranch with horses. There is a diving center on the beach, rental of windsurfing boards, masks and fins (all), there is a jacuzzi (all), sauna (all), there is a beauty salon on the territory where they make a Cleopatra face mask from blue clay (10 USD) , as well as a lot of shops. The beach is clean, we walked barefoot on the sand, the entrance to the sea is good, gentle, but literally after a couple of meters the depth is already there, so you don’t have to go endlessly to the depth, as in some hotels. The weather was wonderful - t 30-32 gr, sea water 22-23 gr, the water is clear. About 10-20 meters from the shore there are islands of living corals, we swam in masks, we saw a lot of interesting fish. We did not find animation, as we had a rest (from 02.04. 11 to 09.04. 11) even before Russia opened flights to Egypt. Therefore, there was simply no animation, the animators were allowed to go home, only on the last evening we were shown oriental dances. But judging by the presence of a discotheque, an amphitheater and even a free nanny who helped a family from Kharkov who had two small children, all this will or even already exists. We had al food, I think we shouldn’t have taken ual, because we just overate and didn’t get to dessert, ual might be worth taking for those who love imported alcoholic drinks, as well as wine, beer and all sorts of cocktails (local production ) we also took al. I also liked the fact that despite the not small territory of the hotel, it takes 3-5 minutes to walk from anywhere to the sea, and also due to the fact that half of the buildings are being renovated, there are no crowds of people, you don’t have to borrow sunbeds in the restaurant in the morning freely, and in the sauna with jacuzzi too. The rooms may be a bit old, but it didn’t annoy us, everything looks harmonious and even the green paint, as well as possible, fits into the Moroccan style. Everything is clean, cleaned every day, the water in the room is replenished every day for free, 2 bottles of 0.5 for two. Now Alena is working at the hotel, at the reception, who is fluent in both Russian and English, which helps a lot in learning local customs and traditions. By the way, in April the exchange rate is 1 $ -5.96 pounds, it is more convenient to change currency immediately at the airport, although it is possible in Hurghada, there was no exchange at the hotel during our vacation. We went to Sheraton Street, bought handbags and wallets, almost half the price of ours. We went to Senzamol, only 10 minutes. from the hotel, we bought local juices: mango and guava with pulp, very tasty, as well as jams from them. Jams are very convenient as gifts, not expensive, only 4-5 pounds for 1 piece and exotic at the same time. There is no local mango now, and the Brazilian one is now expensive, 40 pounds per kg. We also bought guava and strawberries. In Senzamol, as in other supermarkets, the calculation is made in pounds, you can also use $, but the conversion rate is then lower, and in Senzamol the exchange machine accepts only $50 bills. In general, the hotel corresponds to its 4 *, everything is decent and decent, we liked it. The only negative - 7 days is very little for a good rest, you need to rest at least 10 days. So collect the "money", tune in to the positive and go ahead, for a wonderful vacation and new experiences!
