In the hotel now, November 2023. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the declared category! This is 3*, no more. There is nothing in the rooms except very low quality shampoo and gel. Tea/coffee sets are paid. There should be 4 towels, but here there are 3. In principle, there are no slippers and dental kits, but there should be in 4*! The furniture and towels are very old, in our room even the counter under the sink was broken. Very dirty, God, how dirty it is here! Everywhere, especially in a restaurant. There are flies everywhere, getting into your face, into your plates, onto your food. The room was barely cleaned - there was sand on the floor, crumbs on the table until I started cleaning everything myself. Internet is only in the lobby, but the website states that it is in all public areas. And in 4* it should be throughout the hotel. Separately - food. This is already 3* with great difficulty. There is no Russian translation on the signs! But 90% of the guests are Russian! Many people complained about this to the guides, at the reception, and in the restaurant, but there was no result. The only fruits are dates.
There is never any seafood. Pork is not cooked at all. Beef and chicken are delicious. Fish of 1 type, white. The drinks in the vending machines are diluted so that they can only be recognized by their color. Milk is white water, almost transparent. The wine is delicious and the coffee too.
The sea is good, the beach too, but there is not enough space. That is, they came, walked around the entire beach, there was no room, and went back. Literally like that. Beach towels are not provided after 15:00. Just no and whatever you want.

As a result, we went to 4 stars and quite expensively, but ended up with a dirty three ruble. A lot had to be purchased on the spot, but according to the standards, all this should be provided in this category. In a word, it’s a pity that the money was wasted on nothing and the vacation was ruined. I will not recommend the hotel, of course. I will honestly write about everything on all resources so that as few people as possible will be deceived in their expectations.
