We have heard a lot of positive things about Mercure Hurghada 4 * from our friends for a long time, and so we also visited this hotel. We arrived at the hotel by 9 in the morning, filled out the cards and waited until 10 until the bracelets were put on. By 11 they said the room would be ready, we found out what number it would be and my husband and I went to see it. It was on the 3rd floor and with a small balcony, which did not suit us in the request when booking, which we said and we were given another more spacious room.
During the rest period, we had a wedding anniversary, they brought us a cake and fruit, for which special thanks.
The room was cleaned every day, but detergents were not always added. Towels were changed only when you left them on the floor, for some reason the bed was not changed for 10 days even once (.

Snack was pizza, hamburger, hot dog and ice cream. Everything edible except hot dogs.
It was a little annoying that at 8 in the morning it was already necessary to look for sunbeds on the beach, and at 9 everyone was already busy, although you looked, and the neighbors never showed up for dinner (.
We went on an excursion with the local travel agency of Mustafa Elvani to Luxor, it cost 25 USD. with all entrance tickets, only on request there was an additional banana island + 10 c. u. (nothing interesting). An exhausting trip, but an educational one.
