In this hotel we spent the last two days of our holiday after a cruise on the Nile. We arrived at it at 10 o'clock in the morning, earlier than expected. We were immediately put on bracelets and told to wait for check-in until two. We still managed to have a bite to eat at the restaurant at the end of breakfast, and, taking things from our suitcases, we went to the beach (albeit without beach towels yet, because we were not given cards for them). The beach is very large, you can find free sunbeds. To swim, and not walk knee-deep or less (depending on the ebb) in the water, you need to walk 200 meters, you can without slippers, but you need to look carefully under your feet, because. there are corals in places. The corals themselves with fish are not very far away, but you can’t walk around them, you need to swim and watch carefully so as not to catch the hedgehog, their spines are very long.
On the same day, we became eyewitnesses of one very unsavory incident (I am partly telling from the words of other eyewitnesses). At sea, one man became ill, it seems he had an epileptic seizure, and he fell. Although it was shallow there, below the knee, he fell face down and, besides, in the belt, as those around him noticed that something was wrong, he managed to swallow water. Someone ran to call for help, someone began to pump him out, they fumbled for a long time, it seems like he came to his senses a little and opened his eyes. By that time, they thought of bringing a surfboard to put it on it and carry it away, it is big and heavy. But the board is uncomfortable, he was dropped into the water again. The second time it was not pumped out. Then someone already thought of taking him away on a sunbed. The Arabs were all running around, fussing, no one really knows how to help, ours pumped him out. So if anything, you should not count on their rescuers. : -( Well, enough about the sad.
As promised, we were settled at 2 o'clock, a lot of people gathered at the counter, we did not fuss, we waited for our turn. They gave us a good room. Approximately on the middle terrace, closer to the beginning, it was close to walking to restaurants. The room itself was in a bungalow on the first floor, very large in size. All other bungalow rooms are smaller. On the first floor there are 2 (large and a small one combined with it) and on the second floor there are 4 each. The room was pleased with the presence of an iron and a good set of bath cosmetics. Also in the refrigerator was 1.5 liters. bottle of water. But it is still not enough, in bars they pour it only into a glass. You can’t go to bars for water, so you need to stock up on water from the store.

If you are interested in shopping, hotel shops are not for that. The hotel is located quite far and it has practically no trade, and quite expensive. So you need to go to Hurghada.
The hotel has quite active animation during the day. Animators go and invite vacationers, the schedule also hangs. I saw water aerobics, some ball games in the pool, belly dancing (I even participated, I liked it), volleyball, boccia, etc. You can learn windsurfing, play tennis, billiards, mini-golf.
The food at the hotel was not very impressive, but you will not stay hungry. There are only 2 restaurants for the entire hotel on an all-inclusive system, there are 2 more a la carte (you can get into one of them for free by appointment, I didn’t go, I don’t know). The food in both of them for breakfast and lunch is the same, there are slight differences for dinner. But in any case, everyone can find meat, chicken, fish, vegetables and desserts there. But with fruits it's really hard. Constantly there are only green dates, which you can’t eat, plus something else, if you’re lucky and have time to grab it, because. sorted out very quickly. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a melon, another time grapes, and then small bananas. Although they always came to the beginning. When we left the restaurant, we always ran into a queue at the entrance. Moreover, this queue was organized by the employees of the restaurant themselves, allegedly helping to distribute guests to free places. We always sat at the very end of the hall and there were always plenty of empty seats around us that were not visible from the entrance. if employees did not create this queue, then it probably would not exist. On the second day (it is also the last one), by the evening we felt that we had been poisoned. Even at lunchtime I had a poor appetite, but my husband showed it in the late afternoon. And this is right before the departure : -( Probably because he ate more, he manifested himself more and more. I was still able to have a little snack at dinner with a roll of coffee, he only drank water. My stomach ached a little, he was sick, and he ran to the toilet. He spent our night flight home literally in the toilet of the plane, he didn’t even return to his seat until the very landing. At least I just had a stomachache, and it got worse at home. We were then treated at home for several days. We suspect that not we should have had an omelette for breakfast. In this hotel, it was not made from whole eggs, as we had on a cruise and in another hotel, but a mixture of eggs and something else was already prepared, which the chef poured into a pan. there was something else. At the buffet, when you take everything in a row, you can’t guess there.
Check-out: even at check-in, we asked for an extension of the room until the evening before 18:00, it cost 30 euros. True, we had to go to the reception on the day of departure and confirm the extension (at first they said that this was impossible, there were no free rooms, they had a check-in), then we said that we had agreed yesterday, he looked at the computer and said everything was fine. Then they called us 2 more times in the room and clarified. We had a transfer at 8 pm, so the extension was very useful, and we had bracelets until 18 in our hands. When evicted, only the husband's bracelet was cut off. I also extended my hand, but they left it with me : -)

In general, the hotel made a good impression, you just need to be careful with food. It is good to relax with very young children, it will be very pleasant for them to splash around in shallow water, the water there is just steamy. and if it doesn't bother you to go far to the depths and get to your bungalow up the steps. But still the second time I will not go to this hotel, because. discovered Albatross Jungle Aquapark (it is a little more expensive than the Hilton and on the second (or even third) line), in which we rested our first days before the cruise.
