НИ НОГОЙ!!!!! NO FOOT!!!!!

The hotel is terrible, the territory is very large, but completely unkempt, the seashore is dirty, single-pink plates after meals, papers, plastic bottles float in the sea. The rooms are cleaned superficially, the shampoo, as it was left over from other tourists, was not replenished for the whole week, what’s more, there was someone else’s hair in the plug of the shampoo, the same situation with the shower gel, the towels were not changed, but folded back and put on a shelf in the bath , pretending that they put them in clean ones. Although they left a tip, there was no reaction! There are flies, midges and mosquitoes in the rooms. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the territory; midges bite near the sea. The sunbeds by the pools and the sea are broken, the towels are also not clean. There is no Internet in the rooms (villas)! And where there is one, it’s simply not possible to use it, it’s very weak.
Washing clothes is also tough: not only did you have to call the reception 5 times to get them, but then you also had to spend 3 days looking for where the clothes went missing.
The food is more or less, but the chairs are dirty, you have to ask for eating utensils 10 times to put them on the table, the mugs are chipped and dirty, unwashed. On the territory of the hotel in the pharmacy there is one lie, the prices are outrageous, in the shops they are deceiving. We were going on an excursion and asked to pack breakfast, so they only gave us bread rolls and no water! They told me to pay money for water.

The staff is unpleasant, rude and always unhappy. No information at reception. On the last day, we ordered a bus that ran on the hotel grounds to take us to the reception with our suitcases, we had to wait more than 40 minutes.
It’s not enough that the staff extorts money, they specifically wait for the bus to come to take you to the airport and then they come up with the information that supposedly something in the room is broken, and they demand to pay, although the nags for the rooms were rented out 5 hours ago. They are due to the fact that they could not find us earlier, although we were in the lobby and approached the reception staff more than once.
The room where you can leave your suitcases is not locked and no one is watching! Come in whoever wants and take what you want! If you leave your things, you won’t find documents or money. So if you don’t want to ruin your vacation, don’t set foot in THIS HOTEL!!!! !
