So I'll start with the fact that in Egypt for the 6th time, but after visiting this hotel probably the last. The worst service of all the hotels I've been to, the hotel unfairly bears such a well-known name.
I went with a child of 3 years, so I chose the beach for the child. Probably only the beach is good, because it is a paradise for children, the water is knee-deep and it is very warm. True, during the stay, the wind constantly blew from the sea and brought garbage, which they were not in a hurry to clean up, so they often swam in the sea with plastic cups and paska from chips.
Now about the hotel, it is really very big. For some reason, ours are settled in distant rooms, and foreigners in the near ones. If you want to be closer to the service, ask for rooms in houses no larger than number 40.

The food is very poor, not pulling on all inclusive. For 2 weeks of stay, no variety, breakfast is always the same: eggs, dubious sausage, cheese. Lunch and dinner are even worse: fried chicken, the cheapest fish, the choice of fruits was limited to oranges and green pears.
The menu for children is generally a shock, only in one restaurant and 3 dishes of which are necessarily fried chicken wings (probably for beer), vegetables that remain from an adult dinner, warm pizza preparation. From such nutrition, the child has an upset stomach for the second week, and we adults have terrible constant pains in the stomach.
Room cleaning: it seems to be not bad, but for some reason they always do not have clean towels, that is, the room was cleaned, the towels were taken away, but they did not bring new ones. You come from the beach and you can't wash, you have to wait 6 pm for a towel to be brought.
On the beach during the stay, towels were also brought at the wrong time 2 times, they should be at 7 in the morning, but they brought them around 9. All the people on the beach are standing and waiting.
The beach bar is a separate story. Bartenders are rude, hide beer, ice cream. For you to understand, they have alcohol on the beach all day (from 10.30 to 17.30), and ice cream for children only an hour and a half before and after dinner (from 12 to 13.30 and from 15 to 16.30), often the ice cream has melted. When you start swearing, the beer pops up. I complained to the manager, he gave a business card and said to call from the beach for all claims. So, I gave the manager a business card and asked to recruit a manager. At first he said that there was no phone, then that he simply would not dial the number, if I needed it, go on foot to the reception desk.
The result, they say now in Egypt is a crisis and hotels save a lot on tourists, especially in Hurghada, the service is terrible. I love the Red Sea very much, but next time I will not go to Egypt. This is not a vacation, for your own money to swear and beat out the service and the necessary products.
