We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. They offered to immediately settle in the Sphinx for $ 50. We refused. They said to wait, at 10 am they only put on bracelets, when breakfast was already over. We waited another hour and a half and settled in the room. The room itself is nice, spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was not very good, but it didn't matter to us. Rooms were cleaned every day, bottled water was supplied and shower supplies replenished. Shampoos and shower gels are diluted with water, so it's better to go out and buy a normal Egyptian shampoo across the street. The hotel is well maintained, a large area for two hotels - the king here and the sphinx. There are many shops and pharmacies across the road. Free wi-fi is very weak, it only works in the lobby. The food is varied and delicious! Which made me very happy. All the staff, from the reception to a simple cleaner, are friendly, helpful, they will always ask if everything is fine, if everything is fine. The only thing is that there is one eternally dissatisfied bartender in the lobby bar! Which, until you put a dollar in your hand, will in every possible way make an ignoring look and go about your business without noticing you. And when he finally notices, he will angrily and rudely put the ordered drink on the bar counter. Such a bartender, not exactly, didn’t want to give money, but simply didn’t want to come up for drinks. This is perhaps the only unpleasant moment of our holiday. And everything is great! Just across the road, right in front of the hotel, there is Jasmine Bazaar - a super positive place and nice sellers! They probably have EVERYTHING on sale, and what they didn’t have, they brought it to order the next day! Zatar trifles only there. I recommend the hotel to everyone! 100% justifies its 4 stars!
