We got to the hotel from a larger one by accident, as we booked another one, but it went to the stop, and they could no longer change the dates and there was not much to choose from. Initially, I didn’t want to go to it, knowing about the reviews - in which (after the trip I confirm) the majority is true.
From the pros:
- Emerald building close to the sea
- sandy entry into the sea
- a very large territory of the hotel complex
- water park (any, but still)
- unobtrusive animation
- possibility!! ! eat and use the infrastructure of the rest of the Golden Five network
- the opportunity to sign up for a la carte dinners to avoid another trip to the Emerald canteen
- there is a disco (I have not been there, but I think that it is a plus), there are singing fountains (you can see it once for a change)
- own water-diving center where you can buy boat trips, diving, fishing, etc.

Of the minuses:
- the rooms require renovation (major and urgently!! )

- food - you will not be hungry, of course, but you will not get pleasure either. alcohol - do not even try - do not risk your health.
- sun loungers on the beach need to be replaced (our tourists are rednecks who occupy them almost at 6 in the morning and disappear for the whole day. You lie and watch the picture of a half-empty beach and all the normal sunbeds occupied)
- the territory seems to be cleaned, but inside the hotel and the canteen - it's dirty. Our room was cleaned normally - they left money and everything was fine.
- evening shows and performances frankly none.
We flew from the operator "News Travel" - zero complaints. We liked the host. The guide did not tell much about the complex itself and the hotel, but he gave a lot of advice about recreation and shopping. By the way, I didn’t bother with excursions !!! )) I was always on site at the hotel - and answered all questions.
In general, if you really go there, then only if the other options are even worse) but in general, knowing the reviews, I just set myself up positively and looked at a lot with a smile, trying to remember only the good, since this is my vacation)
