We were at the hotel in March. In general, the impression is good, they did not pay much attention to minor flaws, although the hotel does not pull on the top five. We arrived in the morning, around 10.30 we were already brought to the hotel, but we were only settled at 14.00, we had to leave our suitcases in the lobby and go for a walk around the territory. We waited until they put on our bracelets and then went to dinner.
The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and well-groomed. The pools are excellent, the sea is very close, the beach is nice and big. We were settled in a two-story bungalow, we didn’t like the room, the sockets didn’t work, the switches were off every other time, the terrace overlooked a path where a lot of people walked. They asked to change, thanking, of course. The next day they changed, offering a preview. The room was in the same bungalow, but on the 2nd floor and overlooking the water park. We liked it, there were no shortcomings.
The food is superb. The choice is large and there are many places where you can eat outside the main restaurant: bars, by the beach, by the pool. I liked the staff - unobtrusive and not arrogant. If you treat them kindly, they respond in kind. Good medical staff near the water park. There is enough entertainment, I really liked the animation teams at the water park and on the beach. There are several discos and evening animations (mainly national or competitions, draws).
