Hi all!! ! Rested in Egypt 5 times, each time in a new hotel, so there is something to compare! I was in Turkey and Tunisia and in some European countries... I got into triples and fives, but... I have never seen such a DISGUSTING, nasty and terrible hotel anywhere !! ! It is positioned by Anex TOUR as a four, in all advertising posters and magazines they paint the best, but unfortunately this hotel does not correspond to them absolutely, ANEKS TOUR blatantly lies in order to sell more vouchers !! ! Why brazenly, since in the TEZ tour he goes like a C grade, and a bad one at that (but we already found out there, to our great regret). Guide Safe, the official representative of the ANEX tour in the hotel, doesn’t give a damn about anything from the high bell tower... The nasty and rude Arabishka only did what he lured on the tour, and when problems arose (AND THERE WAS A LOT OF THEM!!! ), he immediately spoke – contact the hotel manager,
ANEX tour knows nothing and is not responsible for anything!! ! We asked him what we paid money for then?? ? Whatever they are, a lot or a little, but people pay for the four, that is, they expect the appropriate service !! ! Safa guide says that the tour includes flights, transfers, hotel accommodation, meals and use of the hotel infrastructure. BUT!! ! THERE IS NOTHING OF THIS!! ! No normal accommodation, no food, much less SERVICE!! ! I’ll tell you about our vacation (rather about the torment)... It all started with the settlement, a whole story happened there, we paid at the reception and they settled us quickly, but - the bed in the rooms was dirty, they didn’t give towels at all, the floors were in the trash, the toilet was in shit, about soap, paper and water - forget!! ! Settled at three o'clock in the afternoon, and the room was vacated at 12, it could have been cleaned in three hours... But, only at 7 pm we achieved minimal cleaning of the room, gave a couple of towels and that's it !! ! for 10 days of stay no one else cleaned!!!
Once, with a fight and shouting, we knocked out at the reception to change the bed and towels, on the sixth day somewhere. There was not a single light bulb in the rooms, at 10 pm they came to fix the wiring - stinking Arabs ran around for half an hour and tried to rivet something, in the end they made it so that the light did not turn off at all - WELL AT LEAST WAS !! ! When you look closely, the whole room is moldy, the walls are blooming, all the plaster is falling off!! ! I am generally silent about the antediluvian collapsed furniture !! ! They turned on the condor for the night - it's a blast !! ! The stench is unbearable, it buzzes terribly, mosquitoes poured out of the mine. We were bitten all night long, the children were especially affected (there were two small children with us)!! ! In the morning we went to find out what kind of attack with mosquitoes ?? ? It turns out that it is in this hotel that they are flooded, mainly in rooms, they fly in through the shaft (it is faulty and there is constant moisture)... With screams, they knocked out a spray from mosquitoes and flies, and, as it turned out, also from cockroaches (there are a shaft of them !!! ). We went for breakfast, it would be better not to go...

This is not a canteen, but a pigsty!! ! ANTI-SANITARY what not to find!! ! From the very beginning, you can see the garbage dump of the kitchen, the stink, noise and din, really no dishes, and if they did, they were greasy and dirty!! ! the queues are terrible, but there is nothing to eat !! ! YES-YES, exactly to eat, as the Arab janitor constantly sings in the dining room: Russia-Russia, ha-ha-ha, Do you want to eat?? ? Yes Yes Yes!! ! Fly by!! ! Ha ha ha!! ! Tables and chairs are something, there is a photo, it’s scary to look at, not like there is. . . An open-air canteen, birds fly and crap everywhere, they have nests there. . . Cats importantly walk around the tables and selectively eat from plates , but I’m generally silent about flies !! ! I put a plate of food on the table, you go to the queue for forks, you come in a couple of minutes, there is half as much food on the plate - this is either the birds stole it, or the cats dragged it away, or the flies ate it !! ! Drinks are beer, cola, fanta, vodka, rum, etc. at the bar they give out one glass in one tooth and are terribly rude. You ask for cola for a child who eats at the table, they do not give,
must be taken to the bar! And there are never any glasses, the counter is sticky and wet, it's terribly smoky !! ! The air conditioner, of course, does not work either in the hall or in the canteen (the heat during the day is unbearable) In the bar there are ordinary Soviet propellers on strings on top, staggering over their heads, about to fall !! ! And in the canteen above the salads there is a huge "fly-catcher", but it does not clog the smell of spoiled salads and sour vegetables. . . pounds in a taxi to the Sheraton center to the Star Fish restaurant and bought normal food with an abundance of seafood, moreover, for a great price and a lot of fruit (there is a large stall nearby) !! ! The food in the hotel canteen never appeared, there were bits, leftovers, etc. , but not food, you can keep quiet about fruits. I can only say that on the second day of our stay, one banana was served to each in the dining room,
so our children wanted supplements, we stood in line of 20 people, but they didn’t give us, they said that we had already taken it !! ! I called the chef and the manager and made a terrible scandal right on the spot, so they brought eight bananas on a plate in a number of pieces - like they closed their mouths !! ! We have not seen more bananas in 10 days... We wrote a written complaint to the guide Safa, called Kyiv. They complained to the central office of the Anex tour that everything was different in the advertisement !! ! They called the official representative of the Anex tour in Egypt, wrote a complaint to him too... Everyone listened, our hotel guide is a rare beast, didn’t help a single gram, didn’t even bother to translate from Arabic, but they got out nothing in English !! ! They demanded a written answer and a check of the hotel, as it does not correspond to what Anex Tour advertises!! ! Of course, no one gave anything and I was sure that they would not! Worse than the operator Anex tour I have not seen, they do not protect their citizens at all,
the bar on the beach opened on time, but the service sucks (again, one glass per 150 gr. in one hand, and even then not always - they were often absent)... there was no children's room and pool, high chairs in the dining room (out of only 3 pieces) are very dirty and broken!! ! Animation appeared on the third day, when the inspectors visited, so frivolous, especially for children !! ! But after all, there were children's holidays, there were a lot of children, it's a pity for them, they were waiting for attention to themselves, some games, dances !! ! As for the beach, the sunbeds really occupied at 5-6 in the morning, the towels were damp and dirty, we bought our own and went with them, to the sea - shelters for ships, an oil base, the stench of diesel fuel and fuel oil is continuous... There are black stains on the sand on the beach from oil, swimwear and baby panties are transferred!! ! In the evening, by 4 o'clock, the cleaners begin to roam and clean up the beach, they pull something, they wear sunbeds, mattresses, although people are not going to leave yet, they make such a nix,

CONCLUSION: NEVER BELIEVE ANEKS TOUR - all of his advertising is an absolute scam!!!
