We rested at the Beach Albatros Garden hotel at the end of April 2012, initially we were going to go to the Beach Albatros Resort (on the first line), but after reading the reviews about building 7, extra payments for rooms, attitude towards guests, and considering the difference in cost, we decided to go to Garden, We didn’t almost regret our choice, especially after going through the territories of all five hotels, we think that the plus of first-line hotels is only in their proximity to the sea, but given that it takes 10 minutes to walk from the entrance of the Garden Hotel to the beach, it makes no sense to overpay.
The hotel buildings are all nearby around the central pool, we lived in building "C" number 551.3rd floor. view from the balcony to the entire territory and slides (at the reception when checking in they asked for an extra charge for a beautiful view, we gave $ 10, but it was possible to give less) the porter brought things to the room and, in addition to $ 1, asked for more Russian chocolate. The room is spacious with a good closet, the safe is in the closet for free, the TV shows two Russian channels, a large balcony, a small bath in the shower will not turn around. Flies were everywhere, but there was dichlorvos in the room, you can poison it when you leave.
The seller in the stall also asked for chocolate or Russian vodka, so if you can take it with you, barter is possible. I liked the seller in the first stall from the exit to the left from the side of the street, he has different stone souvenir figurines, not intrusive and, as he himself says, “no stress” like in other stalls.

There are three restaurants on the territory of the Garden in Crocodile, you can eat every day, and in Chinese and Italian by appointment a day in advance. For dinner at the Crocodile restaurant they prepared kebabs and some other food on the street. There are bars by the pool and on the beach, as well as in the neighboring hotels Albatros Agua Blue and Albatros Agua Vista there are bars where we can also drink and eat on the all-inclusive system.
If we take into account the territories of all three hotels, then it turns out to be a very large and beautiful territory, in the Garden there is a large children's pool with slides, and slides for adults are not interesting at all, the seams are felt at every junction and there is no speed that you have to push off manually. The largest pool with grottoes and waterfalls in Albatros Agua Vista, and a pool with a wave and a beautiful body in Albatros Agua Blue. All the pools were with very cold water, it was hard to enter after the sun.
Nutrition; not very diverse and not always tasty (sometimes salted or peppered), there is little fruit, in bars at lunchtime on the beach by the sea and by the pool they offer hot fries, hamburgers, pizza, vegetables and fruits.
Souvenirs can be purchased at the entrances to hotels from the side of the street, there are many stalls, but you need to bargain to the point of insanity, initially the prices are said to be unrealistically high, there is still a small market on the territory of the Beach Albatros Resort, but prices are higher there. The pharmacy is located in the stalls at the Albatros Palace hotel from the side of the street (from us across the road, everything is close).

About the sea; the beach is really, as many have already written, too small for all hotels. In the center there is a sandy entrance to the sea, the depth starts close, there are a lot of kids on the beach, from the left of the heels, which belongs to three hotels of the second line, there is also a sandy entrance to the sea, go further to the depth, there is also a small coral reef where you can see fish and hedgehogs (there are a lot of large hedgehogs), then there is a wild beach that is terribly not well-groomed, when you walk along it along the coast, it seems that you are making your way along the city dump (see photo) (from garbage, anything up to a dead bird on the shore) Although the water is clear, the sea is beautiful and starfish have been seen. You can also see a very beautiful view with corals and fish with a mask from the right of the central beach behind the pontoon, there are small and also a lot of hedgehogs in the stones, carefully! Every day there was wind and waves on the beach, especially on our heel, as it blows constantly in an open place, and the water was still cool, it was not comfortable to enter and exit.
From excursions; the next day after arrival there was a meeting with a guide after the meeting, buying excursions from him, he gave us a very good discount. we went to Luxor, the merchants who hung on their hands and offered their goods were crazy, at the end of the trip I just stopped getting off at the stops because they stuck their souvenirs straight from the bus steps, and the children just asked for money, another guide a tour of Luxor brought us to papyrus and stone souvenir shops where you could also buy souvenirs (an unplanned service imposed). One trick of the merchants in Luxor: they give you souvenirs and say van dollar, and when you give him a dollar, he makes round eyes and gov. not baths but ten dollars, so you have to be vigilant because they won’t give back a dollar, the option is to take a souvenir first, and then give a dollar. We also went on a tour of the desert where we rode camels, ATVs and buggies. We liked everything there, no traders and imposed goods, we also took a yacht trip to coral reefs, swam with masks (if you need details, write to tell).
Wi-fi in the hotel is paid 6 euros per hour. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
Of the minuses - this is more related to the tour, we took the tour with a morning flight, and a day flight from Hurghada, and moved our flight to the evening, in connection with which they brought us to the hotel at 22 o’clock and we didn’t get dinner (although with accommodation promised a late dinner as indicated in their prospectus, but it never happened), went to bed hungry, and the flight back was also postponed to earlier in the morning, in connection with which we were taken out of the hotel at 3 am, respectively, without breakfast. Thus, we were simply deprived of two days of paid rest, it’s a shame that we took vouchers for a month, calculated the time, agreed with the car to the airport, and the day before departure we were so taken aback.
