Good day!
I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 4 year old son. It so happened that the budget for the rest was limited, so nothing special was expected from this hotel. The reviews were good, the children's concept and affordable price brought us here.
We arrived at the hotel around 17.00, filled out the documents and we were immediately settled (many of the vacationers who came in the morning complained about problems with the check-in).
The key was given one, the second had to beg... The room was originally paid for Pool view in this and populated. What can I say, the room is sooo tired, but spacious, everything is working, there is a kettle and a safe (there is no kettle and safe in the usual standards). There were only towels for two, the third set had to beg again (((
But we came to relax, and not to look for mold, broken tiles and chipped plaster - so, having tuned in to the positive, we went to explore the territory...

The territory is beautiful, everything is old, but well-groomed. They try to keep it clean and tidy.
Decent water park, the child is delighted!
The first 4 days everything was fine, there were enough places everywhere, the food was decent, the staff tried to be polite (why did they try, because all the smiles are so fake and unnatural - that sometimes it was even disgusting)... And then some kind of NIGHTMARE began ! ! ! Our vacation has turned into a continuous QUEST !!!!!
People began to come in crowds, a lot of locals, queues everywhere!
From the very morning you run to take a place on the beach, then you look for a place in the dining room (3 times a day), then you catch a clean plate, beg for clean cutlery (I never thought that there could be problems with plates and cutlery). There is a queue for food, while you stand up - you don’t even want to eat (((The staff began to be rude, giving preference to serving the Arabs, as if they don’t notice us.
The portions on the issuance of food and drinks at the bar have also sharply decreased.
The contrast is awesome!!!
And the "CHERRY ON THE CAKE" was the waiter MAHMUD from the Bella Italia restaurant! I have never seen such rudeness in any hotel!
On the penultimate evening, after another search for a table, I asked the waiter to bring us appliances, he yelled at me that he himself knows what to do and does not keep up with everyone. I asked if he would like to apologize for this behavior? In response, a rude voice heard "no"! Such rudeness left me speechless. . .
Of course, I complained to the reception and there they apologized, but "the sediment remained"!
In my understanding, All inclusive is not only food, drinks, but also a favorable atmosphere, which primarily depends on the staff.
We were ready to close our eyes to minor shortcomings and some inconveniences - but to close our eyes to this is not to respect yourself!
The hotel is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
And I advise the hotel management to be more attentive when selecting employees!
