Went for my wife's birthday and were with 2 kids. Settled surprisingly immediately at 10.45. The agency paid for a deluxe room. Nice spacious room with two single beds. On request, they brought another folding bed. There was a big huge balcony. Cleaning is good, daily, no one openly asked for a tip. There was always water for 4 in the refrigerator. Liquid soap and shower gel in wall dispensers, bring your own shampoo. The towels are white and changed every day. The air conditioner works well. TV is good, but without Ukrainian channels. The content on the flash drive is not readable. Internet only in the lobby, very weak.
The territory is huge, well-groomed, blooming with a beautiful large pool.
The food was in 3 main restaurants (Italian cuisine, Oriental cuisine and general) and two a la carte restaurants (1 time by appointment). The food is monotonous, but a huge selection, you will not go hungry. Birthdays are congratulated with a cake with a candle, with drums.

The beach is small, at the entrance it is desirable to have corals, but there are places with a good sandy entrance for children. There are places with fish, it is advisable to take masks. This area is characterized by ebbs and flows, but this does not particularly affect the beach. Nearby there are 2 more hotels of the same owner. You can use 3 beaches, but food is only in their restaurants.
There are many foreign tourists: Germans, Italians, Belarusians, Russians and Turks. The animation is great, there are 3 bars. For alcohol - only beer, I do not recommend the rest. There is a huge water park for all ages.
The hotel pulls on a solid 4+. We were very satisfied with our stay, we would come again, we recommend.
