I do not recommend this hotel. Pulls a maximum of 4 *, and even 3 + *. The room is old and shabby, instead of a normal split-air conditioning system there is a fan coil unit, very noisy, it's hard to sleep with it. There were no bathrobes, I had to beg, they brought it. There were supposed to be tea accessories and a kettle in the room, of course, they were not. They told the reception about it, they promised to bring it, but we didn’t see them until the end of our stay, although we reminded them twice. Room cleaning is poor, and the quality does not depend on whether you leave a tip or not. Bed linen was changed once in 10 days. But the main disadvantage is the poor sea. There are few fish, places to watch them too. Therefore, it makes no sense to go to this hotel. There are no entertainments either, animations too. There are no Russian guides in the hotel, if you need to call them. It takes at least 8 hours to drive from this hotel to Luxor, so if the guides treat you that it’s only 5 hours away, don’t be fooled.
Pros: Free WI-FI throughout the hotel, the territory itself is large and green, people do not bump into each other. There is a SPA, which is included in ALL Inclusive, with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and a 30-minute massage. Friendly waiters, after a tip, reveal a good memory and promptness in the delivery of drinks. All kinds of food, pancakes are baked, fish is fried, meat on the grill is in addition to the main food tanks. Spacious beach, lots of umbrellas and sun loungers, but the places near the pools disappear very quickly. In general, the staff is helpful and slightly well-trained, although tips are constantly asked for. There is no Tagil, at 22-00 the whole hotel is already asleep.
