In principle, the hotel is quite pulling on 4 * in its appearance. The service is somewhat worse. Annoying cleaners who will break into your door even if there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. At breakfast or dinner, you may "forget" to come with tea / coffee, etc. The restaurant is generally slow service. The food is basically normal, you can eat, but for lovers of gastronomic delights there is absolutely nothing to do here. I could well recommend the hotel to friends or would like to return there myself, if not for one "but". When I left, I left my winter jacket in the closet. Do not ask how - there were a lot of suitcases, a lot of people, and "I thought about it, but I forgot to take it. " I remembered it only when I was on the bus on the way to the airport. There was no time to return - they were taken away in time for the flight right back to back. I called the guide, the hotel, the host. Everyone said yes, they will. We had friends there, and theoretically it was possible to transfer this jacket through them. However, the jacket mysteriously "evaporated". I called, they told me that "there is nothing in the room". However, when our friend came to the hotel reception, they brought her a men's (!!! ) sweatshirt under the guise of my jacket, dirty, old and full of holes. It feels like it's just being bullied. I was told that "the room was empty. " I got everyone to their feet, however, to no avail. Connecting to the question of a local guide from the host (and it was SAMAR-Tour) did not work. The guide's name was Sheriff, maybe someone else will stumble upon him. Absolutely none, he didn’t tell anything about excursions, didn’t warn, for example, that in Jordan it’s not +20, but +5, people went in sandals and windbreakers !! ! Well, with a jacket did not help, of course. For half a day his phone was completely silent, then he cut through, but he could no longer do anything, for something he only bleated unintelligibly. In general, dear tourists, of course, it is up to you to decide, but I just want to warn everyone - you are on vacation, no one is responsible for you and your things, be as vigilant as dishonest people work in the hotel. By the way, I wrote to the head office of the Iberotel, hoping that the Europeans would be more responsible. No answer. So in the future this hotel will manage without my orders, we will try our luck somewhere else.
