I can’t say that I was lucky enough to stay 2 days in this hotel (although the first day seemed the opposite). I can’t say that I was lucky enough to stay 2 days in this hotel (although the first day seemed the opposite). She was invited to a wedding, the celebration of which took place in this hotel, and in addition to renting the hall, rooms were also booked for 30 guests (which, according to my calculations, is a good income for a hotel in 2 days). At the wedding, she was a bridesmaid and had to help organize the celebration and witnessed the situations described below.
A conference hall was allocated for the celebrations (which it is logical to assume that any newlyweds decorate their wedding in their own way) and immediately met the "friendly" Igor (sorry I don’t know his position, because I wanted to write personally to his employer about his attitude towards clients), who As I understand it, he is responsible for renting out the premises. We didn't have time to bring in things to decorate the hall, when "don't take off the curtains! don't touch it, etc. " and everything like that, but after the assurance that we would remove and remove, and after the celebration we would return everything safe and sound to the place, "dear" Igor agreed to go to the meeting. The decoration of the hall lasted a very long time, and since they arrived specifically for this on Friday (which was agreed in advance), although the celebration itself was scheduled for Saturday (this is another story). A small part of the guests were settled in the hotel on Friday, as expected after 15.00. It was this part that from about 12.00 on Friday brought the hall into a solemn and appropriate form under the control of "dear" Igor.
After the exhausted organizing committee in the person of the newlyweds, several friends and parents decided, after preparing the hall for the celebration, to have a bite to eat in the hall in the company of no more than 8 people at the remaining untouched table, they met an "incredibly polite" male hotel worker (to our surprise it turned out Igor has an imitator), who made an incorrect remark (after which the desire to stay there disappeared for everyone) and the company went out to continue the meal by the sea. The most interesting thing awaited all the guests and newlyweds on the day of the celebration... namely, when, after the end of the celebration, which lasted from 18.00-0.00, the guests dispersed and at 2.00 in the morning a huge muzzle came running (apparently Igor's messenger) and began to drive everyone into the hall to clean it and return it to its original form, and this is contrary to all agreements with the senior shift, who kindly went to the meeting and said that the hall was not used the next day and that it could be vacated by the time of the check-out (12.00).
I am already silent about the fact that the cleaning of the hall and its return to its proper form was agreed in advance with the hotel staff. That's how "fun" ended the celebration of both the newlyweds and their guests.
The rooms are good, the workers (as you have already understood not all) are understanding, but the authorities have a terrible attitude, they do not comply with the agreements. In the place of the newlyweds, I would not pay the hotel the entire amount at once, but in installments as they comply with the agreements, because for the amount that they spent in this hotel for the celebration and accommodation of their guests, you can find better conditions and a human attitude in the same Pä rnu.
My rating is 3 stars, but I put 4, because I can’t help but give 1 star to the girls working at the hotel, who went to the meeting and were politely helping in everything.
P. S. By the nature of the work, I had to deal with the employment of workers in this place, now I understand why there is such a large turnover of staff in this hotel and they refuse to go there even just for an interview. I hope this review will reach the addressee, namely the owner of this place, and he will be more attentive to the selection of personnel for senior positions, because in Russia such a "service" may be the norm, but Estonia is a European country and in order to maintain competitiveness in this business - it is important to have far-sighted sensible managers-workers.

Very good hotel for relaxing and having a great time. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. Very tasty food. The hotel deserves the highest praise.
