The hotel itself I have a rating of 10 points. But the country itself (-10). There are very few Russian-speaking people in this hotel, both among the staff (no one understands you) and among the vacationers. The staff speaks either Spanish or English. The entrance to the ocean is normal, an ordinary beach. The food is of course amazing. Cleaning in the rooms, as well as the rooms themselves - good. But the service: airport, transfer - everything is disgusting.
