To begin with, I note: the Dominican Republic is a country where no one is in a hurry to go anywhere, you must immediately come to terms with this! Luxury in hotels, as in the UAE, you will not see. Everything you need is there - nothing more. There it is not necessary! Nature is what boggles the imagination! Dominicans are very positive and pleasant people.
Territory and beach: Beautiful, well-groomed, green area with flamingos, herons and goose. Great beach. There is a lot of algae in the ocean, but they are cleaned and cleaned daily. There were always enough sun loungers, it is advisable to borrow umbrellas early, there is a shower on the beach. There are 2 bars on the beach. One of them offers only non-alcoholic cocktails, in the second one you can drink and have a snack pancakes and other snacks (delicious). Large swimming pool. Snack bar by the pool, where you can always have a tasty snack.
The food is excellent: fresh juices, yogurts and more in the morning. Seafood is not in abundance, but there were always fish, squid. Every evening there is a cheese table, where more than 10 types of very worthy cheeses, sausage and cold cuts are also of high quality. Great tasting fruit, especially mango. The drinks are great. There is champagne in the lobby bar (for lovers)
Animation. : Entertainment for every taste) Thematic shows. Beach party, karaoke, disco.
Room #2216: Quite spacious. There is everything you need in the room: air conditioning, safe for free, coffee maker (coffee is put on a pack per person per day). The bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a shower. Soap, shampoo, conditioner replenished. The mini bar is replenished as well.
Sometimes they may forget to do this, but by calling the reception it can be fixed) Once they didn’t put clean towels (apparently they forgot), after the call they brought it, but left it outside the door on the parapet))) So, if something is not carried for a long time - just look out the door, maybe everything is already under the door of the room) Cleaning was daily closer to 15-16 hours.
There is one 220-volt outlet in the bathroom, which was enough for me to charge my phone and camera, so I didn’t buy an adapter.
A feature of the hotel (for the first time I saw this) are bracelets of the All Inclusive system. Among the Slavs (Russian-speaking) they are blue, among other nationalities they also differed in color. From them it was possible to understand in what language to address people.
During the holiday I had a birthday. There are no gifts or surprises from the hotel.
Wifi is slow, but throughout. Better - in the reception area.
