Fantastic illiteracy, ignorance and rudeness of the staff is simply discouraging!! . The hotel recruits its staff simply on the street, without wasting time on its training. The extreme asceticism and lack of variety of a cuisine that is absolutely not adapted for Europeans will put you in a dead end. A la carte restaurants have nothing to do with the declared national cuisines. You will be extremely surprised by Italian or Japanese cuisine - this is a revelation! And constantly coming Latin American corporate parties of 300 people will not give any chance for a relaxing holiday. One advice is to move, like us, to the Paradisus Reserve hotel, more expensive, but much better.

They tried to book a restaurant for the New Year - there were no more places : ( We were shocked. We celebrated the New Year outside the hotel. Although we had an "assistant" in the service, who was supposed to help us in everything, including booking tables.
