The people who flew with us were not afraid to plug our plugs into their sockets, they tell us that in this hotel they are universal and fit our equipment completely and that everything works. How can the people who work in this hotel DO NOT KNOW THIS!!?
2. The hotel hosted various fitness activities, etc.
The guides did not offer us timetables for them and did not tell us anything about them. We accidentally learned about them from a hotel employee who recorded us in restaurants and gave us a printout of these events.

Also, we were not told about the SPA, which we could use on the first day.
4. For that, they played with us in the store and did not forget to tell us about everything that we can buy from them!
5. And it generally killed. I have never seen such a bestial attitude and have not heard from anyone else.
We bought excursions from another company. The check-out was early and we had to take lightboxes with us because we didn’t have time to have breakfast. The hotel won my heart, we were very pleased with the choice, although before coming here, I read bad reviews, and was ready for the worst! Our friends went to rest in the Rio Republica hotel - and there are waves, which creates discomfort. Therefore, if for someone this is an important point, pay attention! I also read reviews that the staff is very slow, and even for a tip they are in no hurry to do anything, pure LIES! There has never been an internal discomfort that a person wants a tip, the Dominicans, of course, are slow by nature, but everything was brought quickly enough and all wishes were fulfilled.

We rested in this beautiful hotel in early March. The holiday was a success. We flew from Boryspil for 12.5 hours. About the plane or good or not. The bed is white and the towels are changed constantly. We put 100 points for the number. The territory of the hotel is a separate topic for description. Hugely well-groomed, palm-flowered, snow-white sand, azure enveloping. We walked a lot around the territory and enjoyed the cleanliness and beautiful flower ensembles. We understood how much effort was invested in order to keep it all in proper order.
The ocean. . . turquoise, clean, warm. The algae were removed every morning, but during the voyage they were again inflicted. But this did not spoil our stay at the beautiful beach. There are no umbrellas, but believe me, they are absolutely not needed. There are enough palm trees and enough space for everyone under the sun. The pools are clean, warm, but we preferred the ocean.
Nutrition is a separate issue. Chic. The breakfasts are wonderful. Vega and meat salads. Eggs - from poached to... Juices only freshly squeezed. Baking with heat and heat. Dinners. Right now I am writing and remembering the variety of dishes and the beauty of serving. But dinners, this is a separate topic for conversation. Every evening we visited A la carte. I don’t know who, how and when taught these talented people how to cook, serve and serve customers so deliciously, remains a mystery to me. Steak bar! Rooms: we have a junior suite, they are all the same - two beds, two sofas, a table, two washbasins in the room, shower and toilet plus a terrace with a jacuzzi. We were lucky - you can see the sea a little from the side.
Weather
We have a rest in January, we arrived on December 30, it has been windy for 4 days, yesterday it was raining, not hot. The sea is cool, loners swim, it’s dirty from the sand near the shore, and then it’s a beautiful turquoise color / we saw turtles from the shore there.
The biggest disappointment, except for the cold sea, is the pools: all of them are waist-deep, about a meter, and they are even colder than the sea, they have not heard about heating. Arrived as a result, basking in the jacuzzi in the room on the terrace overlooking the palm trees - a shame.
In connection with the lockdown in the Dominican Republic, the ban on leaving the house after 17 on weekdays and on weekends is NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE after 12 - the entire wealthy population has filled hotels, color is guaranteed, with locals also in priority in serving at a bar or restaurant.
If we knew these nuances, especially for the cold sea and the pool, we would choose a hotel with a heated pool, or all the same, Sri Lanka or Egypt from the countries available now for Ukraine. They are also much cheaper in cost.

In connection with the lockdown in the Dominican Republic, the ban on leaving the house after 17 on weekdays and on weekends is NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE after 12 - the entire wealthy population has filled hotels, color is guaranteed, with locals also in priority in serving at a bar or restaurant.
If we knew these nuances, especially for the cold sea and the pool, we would choose a hotel with a heated pool, or all the same, Sri Lanka or Egypt from the countries available now for Ukraine. They are also much cheaper in cost.

The hotel is on the most beautiful beach of Bavaro, the road from the airport took about 25 minutes, flew in with friends, we were met, taken to the hotel, and almost immediately everyone was settled. I had a chic room in building 6 with a side sea view. Room with a huge bed, large, especially for me alone. It was always clean, mountains of towels were constantly brought, bedding, shampoos, coffee, and other little things were changed, but I almost never was in the room. But always returning to it in the evening, a clean room was waiting for me, I don’t need more. The sea mmmm…)))) I remember it with rapture, I could lie on the beach for hours and feel exactly like in paradise. The beach is clean, no paper, no algae, no goby. It seems that it is washed with water, or people simply do not rest here, or cleaning is around the clock))). On the beach everything is in palm trees, you can find a quiet place and relax. Another big plus is that the hotel is only for adults, and no matter how much I love children, but the noise on vacation from children's games, especially when you relax with friends, or you want to soak up the sun in silence, is completely out of place. When choosing a hotel with friends, a lot of things did not quite suit us. We decided to turn to a professional who was able to choose a hotel that would be suitable for our noisy cheerful company. For young people, there is also a paradise in the form of entertainment. Evening discos and shows, all day activities for every taste: water aerobics, volleyball, yoga. There is golf, tennis, chess, even a casino. There are a lot of young people who have fun all day and evening. Animators are just darlings, always smiling and always positive. Restaurants and bars are scattered throughout the territory, everywhere there is something to eat and drink, and especially drink. The bars have great cocktails and bartenders. I have never seen a dissatisfied face, the service is always with a smile on their face. There is also a lot of food and is designed for anyone and everyone. Juices, fruits, this is what is so lacking after a long winter. Cheeses, meat, fish, seafood, vegetables in any form. Only one nuance, it tastes a little unusual, but after a couple of days you no longer notice it. There is a moment that can strain someone, this is the constant slowness of the staff in everything, but this is a feature of this place, here you yourself don’t want to rush anywhere.
