At the reception you can check in for 15 minutes, at the bar Bartenders can sell alcohol for 10 minutes until the bartender chats with his old friend who happened to pass by. But you're on vacation! And these guys know a lot about rest)) The beach and the ocean are just great. There are not so many people on the beach even during rush hour. Be sure to buy a sun cream with a maximum factor, you will be very close to the equator. The water is very clean and warm, it is pleasant to swim even after sunset and at dawn. Our regime somehow changed strangely, we slept for 3 hours during the day, and the so-called siesta - when the sun is strongest, but early in the morning and in the evening we were awake at dusk. I advise you to try : ) We came for breakfast with the first rays of the sun, and had breakfast in a quiet homely atmosphere. Generally high quality food. There are a lot of fruits, there is meat, less fish, and very little seafood, however, the reason for this is the Dominican cuisine, which is focused specifically on meat. Alcohol is also in abundance, the drinks we are used to are Dominican, especially rum. By the way, we bought it home at a very good price in a shop with a heart if you go to the right along the beach for 10 minutes. In general, I advise you not only to stay in the hotel, but also to master the territory. You can take several excursions, or, if you have the desire and opportunity, you can rent a car.
