We stood our ground and finally got our numbers. The rooms do not pull on 5 stars absolutely, since everything is shabby, the smell of sewage from the bathroom is persistent for all 11 days, cleaning is a separate issue. They took tips with pleasure, and each time they forgot to clean up the garbage. Sometimes you had to go for water yourself, because the lazy maids did not bother to replenish it.
Food: yes, the assortment in the common room is large. All 11 days are the same, so in the evenings we went to a la carte restaurants. I highly recommend the restaurant, which is located on the territory (Gourmet), everything is very tasty.
Bar: alcoholic drinks in the assortment are expensive, but it’s better to go for them yourself, because if you ask the waiter to bring them, even for a tip they bring absolutely not the same rum that you tried before, but some cheap analogue. Yes, I never thought that TEZ TOUR is also capable of this: to throw your tourists in a foreign country 2 hours before departure, knowing what hell you have to go through at the airport. We have never seen such outright rudeness from any tour operator. Usually they try to help in some way, but here they were simply left to the mercy of fate.
