By default, we got a room in building number 1 opposite the disco, which lasts until 3 am every day. Therefore, we had to negotiate - basic Spanish and a box of chocolates brought from Kyiv, and we were given a room in building No. 3, where it is quieter. Most of the staff speaks only Spanish, few speak English. Nobody knows Russian. Therefore, here you need to know at least basic words in Spanish. The territory of the hotel is very chic, large. Next to the second hotel, where you can also use everything. Between hotels runs trips free of charge. The beach is large, many palm trees and sunbeds, white sand - on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Very nice. The hotel area is closed, so outsiders do not go. Single room with two beds and a sofa. Free beach towels, bottled water, safe and minibar (beer, coca cola, sprite, chips, nuts). Wifi works well throughout the hotel and in the room.
Departure and eviction. According to the plan, the departure was supposed to be at 16-30, but it is not clear for what reasons it was postponed to 23-30, that is, 7 hours later than planned. In this regard, the question arose about the service of late check-out, since the estimated check-out time from the hotel is 12-00. At the reception, it was not possible to agree on the extension of the room. The room had to be handed over at 12-00, but we were allowed to use the entire infrastructure of the hotel for free, including lunch.
And 2 of us had birthdays while staying at the hotel. We did not announce this to anyone separately, only when we checked in we filled out a questionnaire with birthdays. And so, when they came to the room on the birthday of our birthdays in the evening, there was a cake and a postcard with congratulations from the hotel administration on the table. True, for some reason, only one birthday was congratulated in the card, but it was still nice).

What did not like. We had a room for 4 adults, but upon arrival, as there were only 2 pairs of slippers and 3 bathrobes, no one added anything else during our stay. Also a problem with blankets. There were only 2 blankets for 4 people. After our requests to give another blanket - they brought only a duvet cover (without a blanket). Apparently they think that we are already hot).
