I have a business visa for six months, ends on 24.09. I flew on a visa 2 times to Hamburg. When I arrived in Hamburg for the 2nd time, there were many questions at the passport control, I sat in the police for half an hour. I didn’t like that I was confused in the testimony. Because in fact, I was flying to a friend and had little money with me. Question: If I have a Geschefts/Besuchs visa, what is the best way to speak Passp. control? Do I have the right to say that I arrived not on a business trip, but on vacation? and what documents need to be shown at the control? Why did they ask me for an invitation if I gave it at the consulate when applying for a visa? (the invitation was from the supplier).
