I do not recommend this hotel in any way! The first minus - Very far from the center. Get there first by bus, then by subway. And if you are suddenly late for the metro (open until 12), you will have to fork out for a taxi - 50 euros minimum! There is no infrastructure around the hotel (lack of shops and nothing at all, except for a bus stop). The staff is terrible. If you do not live in a suite, no one will look in your direction. The language skills of the staff are amazing!!! ! The young man at the reception, to whom I turned with a complaint, turned out to speak neither English, nor Russian, nor German. Although I perfectly heard him talking on the phone in good English. The next morning I came to pay for the Internet and, oh, a miracle !!!! , he spoke in Russian !!!! ! learned, apparently, overnight) Claims "we do not understand", but payment is always welcome. More about the numbers themselves. If you are from the CIS and you are accommodated in building A and are given a key with a wooden keychain, start to panic. (Residents of America-Europe are given electronic keys and they have breakfast in a different place) one towel per person. (you ask to bring more towels or clean the room - again there is a funny problem of their ignorance of a single language). The curtains are stained with cigarettes, the holes on the doors are sealed with self-adhesive. Only summer water flows from the shower in the evening - it is cold to wash.
They say the hotel is stolen. Our neighbors lost money and things. Personally, we didn’t lose anything (we didn’t keep anything of value), but once they came and the door to the room was open - we definitely locked it before leaving. The staff refused to deal with this fact. Like, they didn’t close it themselves, it’s their own fault. There are no cameras in the corridors.
About breakfast. It's total darkness. Sausage is clearly spoiled, sprawling, fried. You can't eat it at all. Sausages - they stink of rotten meat. Cheese is edible. Bread too. Sausage cuts inspired confidence, but we did not dare to eat it. The vegetables were very personal. Juice is better not to drink. diluted with water and filled with sugar syrup. Fuuuu (Baking smells like soda per kilometer. But the most interesting thing is the cups for coffee and tea. I mean, I take a cup and the sharp smell of CHOLORINE hits my nose !!! ! My breath is already tight. The staff did not answer questions. The funny thing is, the rest of the people poured their drinks into these cups without any problems. Strange. . .

The hotel pulls the stars by 2. And that's only because of the chic hall.
