They brought us here on a group tour from Sakums. The hotel is huge and full of people. What can I say, 4 stars is a joke. The rooms are miserable as from Soviet times, a cracked washbasin, linen with hair and stains, the room was not cleaned during the day. But the worst thing is that until one in the morning you are not destined to fall asleep. The contingent of the hotel is made up of teenagers and children from all over the world who do not stop slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. The situation is aggravated by excellent acoustics and the fact that the stairs between floors are not isolated. No amount of persuasion helps. It seems that they fell into a nightmare with a bully from all over the world. In the morning I asked at the reception how long silence should be maintained, they answered from 10 pm, explained the situation that they make noise until one o'clock, it is impossible to sleep, to which they promised to transfer security. I also asked for an extra blanket because it was cold at night, they promised to bring it. But of course they did nothing. The hotel has a swimming pool and other entertainment, all for an additional fee. No one swims in the pool because the water is cold, and the jacuzzi is for a maximum of three, which is not commensurate with the scale of the hotel. Is there wifi in the room. The buffet is extensive, not everything is tasty, but you won't leave hungry. Diluted powder for breakfast instead of juices, and only cold water for dinner
