I really lived in this hotel, and not just looked around on a promotional tour. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. Comfortable rooms with solid furniture and fresh renovation, beautiful interiors everywhere. Liked the breakfasts very much. Absolutely perfect location - two minutes to Konya, to Vaclavak.

And now - a minus, about which I am not going to be silent. For all three nights, I was sincerely sure that the towels that I throw on the floor every morning were replaced according to the instructions in the bathroom. And on the last day, I noticed on the towel of my neighbor the paint, which was imprinted from my hair. I'm not even going to comment on how terrible it is. This is completely unworthy of 4 *.

We chose a hotel for a long time, including reviews on Turpravda, but by chance a very attractive tour turned up with accommodation in Sonata. And they did not regret it: 3 minutes walk to the Museum, where all excursions gather, wherever they go - everything is nearby, including even Vyshegrad not far away. As a result, they didn’t use public transport for a week, but walked around a lot. Everything about the hotel matches the pictures on the website. The room is large for city hotels, and the size of the bathroom was amazing. Hairdryer good, powerful, hot water - boiling water. Lots of hangers in the closet. Cleaned perfectly, towels changed every day, bed linen - every 3 days. Separately, about the beds - very comfortable, wide, after walking around the city this is important. A little noisy junction of 2 highways, but the location of the hotel is more important. They fed well, everything was fresh, everything was enough, only juices were more like chemistry. Among the shortcomings: 1) you need to adapt to the air conditioner, 2) at the reception, the staff is careless, twice they encountered indifference on their part, including when leaving - they ordered a dry breakfast, maybe. left early 7.00 (breakfast from 7.00), the girl wrote everything down in a notebook with us, and in the morning the duty officer (already different) pretended not to understand - breakfast was ordered for the morning or evening, so you won’t get anything, and everything is very rude. I had to explain myself. . . after which he ran (namely, he ran) and they brought everything to us, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. Another point, about which there is almost nothing on the sites and tour operators do not say: when checking in as a deposit from a room of 50 euros, they will give a receipt, upon departure, the money will be returned on receipt. All in all, a decent hotel.
