FLY -4 . . The breakfast is good but repetitive so you won't go hungry. . When I arrived at the hotel I was immediately taken to my room. The room for one is good, but narrow and long, tea, coffee right in the room, everything is included in the price. The cleaning lady cleans the room, but in 9 days the bed was only changed once, although she received a tip. At the entrance, I rented a safe for 20 euros, they gave me an electronic key. I only spent the night at the hotel, mostly walked around Prague, and when I had excursions, I asked the porter to wake me up and everything was fine. But the days flew by unnoticed and the hour of departure came, the departure was early at 5 o'clock in the morning. In the evening, when I arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist, a young black boy with an earring in his ear, to wake me up, he wrote down what time he said, "ok. " What a pity that I did not ask his name. And here it began, they didn’t wake me up as I asked, well, I set the alarm. I leave the room at 4.45 in the morning, my porter is not there, I call no one. and then I watch my receptionist sleep on the couch. I woke him up. I tell him why didn't they wake him up? Come on 20 euros. To which the answer was "NEMA". So go. !!!!!! . Then he said that I violated the check-up. (at five in the morning), Then he said that he needed accounting and went to the room, but not on my floor, but on the floor above, he thought that I would run after him. And my things were downstairs and the hotel door was open. I put them in a corner. . Then he wrote out a ticket-fine in Czech. Then he said that I did not give him the electronic key. And the key was already in the cell. . When I asked for a map of the hotel, he did not give it to me. Then my agent came from the company, it turned out that everything was in order and there could be no fines. After that, he gave me 20 euros and we left.

It is 3 *, since it does not pull more than 3 *, and the fourth star is clearly added by the hotel owners. Based on this, the hotel is quite decent for a 3 *, it is located 30 meters from the Florenc metro station and the tram stops of the same name (routes 8 and 24), there are two large supermarkets nearby. To the Republic Square 10 minutes on foot, to the Old Town - the same amount, to the main station - 20 minutes, but not along the main streets.
The rooms are large, but there is not much furniture in them and it is quite old, except for a TV (there are several Russian channels), there is also an electric kettle with tea / coffee, a minibar, free Wi-Fi. For breakfast, the choice is small, but everything is edible. You can dine in a huge number of places, I highly recommend a good restaurant "At the Dead Bird" nearby - prices are about 2 times lower than in the center of Prague.
