Hotel Elizza is located very unfortunate. By metro 5 stops from the center, from the metro station you need to go by bus for 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes to climb up the stairs.
The rooms that are in separate villas are just awful. It is cold, the batteries do not heat, sometimes they turn on, but then they are barely warm. Tap water is either cold or warm and rusty. Washing was rare. The bathroom and toilet are located directly opposite the entrance to the villa. Frosty winter air through the gap under the front door immediately penetrates into the shower room and toilet. The tiles on the floor are icy, but so is the carpet in the room. Baby size blankets. The room is small and old, the renovation is 10 years old. The food in the hotel is monotonous and not enough. Ham, cheese, rolls, cereal, coffee, tea, yupi. Everything.
we rested in the winter, the issue of heat was especially important, since it was frosty outside. But, in the hotel it was possible to warm up only near the reception.

The staff is friendly. But for 4 days never changed a single towel. Only the bed was covered with a blanket. And by the way, in a double room for some reason they give out a single set of towels - one for the face, one for the legs, one for the body.
