The hotel has its own territory: the territory is well-groomed, there is an outdoor pool (very small), a barbecue terrace.
Breakfast is very modest and monotonous. If you arrive late to a restaurant, you may not have enough clean appliances.
The reception staff speak English. But rather indifferently respond to requests and comments.
For 3 days of stay, towels were not changed, room cleaning was also not carried out. Plumbing and repairs in the rooms are already clearly "tired".
In general, if you need a budget overnight stay in Prague and you don’t really bother about the service at the hotel, then you are here.

The hotel was chosen on Booking. com. We settled on Elizza as a budget option with good reviews. In fact, I can say that the hotel is fully consistent with the declared value and star rating. We were not alone in the matter of choice - there were no available rooms at the hotel in May. Pros: own guarded parking lot, cozy courtyard with a swimming pool, homely atmosphere, cute room (like a room in a rented summer house in the village), small safe in the room, roomy mini-bar fridge, fast Wi-Fi, convenient location (up to Wenceslas Square by bus + metro 20-25 min.

Of the minuses: the first time is hard to find, "weak" breakfasts, lack of air conditioning, dubious cleaning.
Immediately upon arrival, ask for the key to the safe, hair dryer, iron - in general, what you will need.
At the hotel you can buy rides (though only one and a half hours), change euros for kroons (dollars are not taken), take a map of the city at the reception.
The hostess speaks good Russian, the rest of the staff knows English.

Hotel Elizza is located very unfortunate. By metro 5 stops from the center, from the metro station you need to go by bus for 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes to climb up the stairs. The rooms that are in separate villas are just awful. It is cold, the batteries do not heat, sometimes they turn on, but then they are barely warm.

Tap water is either cold or warm and rusty. Washing was rare. The bathroom and toilet are located directly opposite the entrance to the villa. Frosty winter air through the gap under the front door immediately penetrates into the shower room and toilet. The tiles on the floor are icy, but so is the carpet in the room. Baby size blankets. The room is small and old, the renovation is 10 years old. The food in the hotel is monotonous and not enough. Ham, cheese, rolls, cereal, coffee, tea, yupi. Everything.
we rested in the winter, the issue of heat was especially important, since it was frosty outside. But, in the hotel it was possible to warm up only near the reception.
The staff is friendly. But for 4 days never changed a single towel. Only the bed was covered with a blanket. And by the way, in a double room for some reason they give out a single set of towels - one for the face, one for the legs, one for the body.
