The hotel is a big word. When making a tour, I asked that the railway station be close, 3 stars (because I was going to only spend the night in a hotel) and walking distance to attractions.

As a result, I got - walking distance to Wenceslas Square, if you like to walk, then you can walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. To the railway station 15-20 minutes on foot.

But the thing is different, after reading the reviews that led me to a state of nervousness, I turned to the tour operator. To which she received the answer: “. . . you don’t need to read them, reviews of competitors that do not correspond to reality. ” In general, I’m not picky, I’ll survive, the main thing is to see Prague, I thought. But I encountered the following service in the "hotel" - room 316, very dark lighting in the room, a lamp on the bedside table with a burnt out light bulb; the shower head falls on your head if you turn on the water more than a small trickle; wardrobe doors do not close - stuck in the middle; the windows of the room overlook the roadway - it is very noisy, there is a police station in the next house, and the sirens of cars at night are a common thing. Stuffy with closed windows. There is no air conditioner.
Breakfast is very poor. Buffet is just a name, the essence is minimalism.
The description of the hotel on the website says ". . . hair dryer on request", when I contacted the reception with a request for a hair dryer, I was faced with the rudeness of the administrator, and I did not receive a hair dryer.
In conclusion, I want to say: DEAR COMPATRIOTS, trust the reviews, and respect yourself. It is the tour operators that depend on us, not us on them. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
