The hotel is a big word. When making a tour, I asked that the railway station be close, 3 stars (because I was going to only spend the night in a hotel) and walking distance to attractions.
As a result, I got - walking distance to Wenceslas Square, if you like to walk, then you can walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. To the railway station 15-20 minutes on foot.
But the thing is different, after reading the reviews that led me to a state of nervousness, I turned to the tour operator. To which she received the answer: “. . . you don’t need to read them, reviews of competitors that do not correspond to reality. ” In general, I’m not picky, I’ll survive, the main thing is to see Prague, I thought. But I encountered the following service in the "hotel" - room 316, very dark lighting in the room, a lamp on the bedside table with a burnt out light bulb; the shower head falls on your head if you turn on the water more than a small trickle; wardrobe doors do not close - stuck in the middle; the windows of the room overlook the roadway - it is very noisy, there is a police station in the next house, and the sirens of cars at night are a common thing. Stuffy with closed windows. There is no air conditioner.
Breakfast is very poor. Buffet is just a name, the essence is minimalism.
The description of the hotel on the website says ". . . hair dryer on request", when I contacted the reception with a request for a hair dryer, I was faced with the rudeness of the administrator, and I did not receive a hair dryer.
In conclusion, I want to say: DEAR COMPATRIOTS, trust the reviews, and respect yourself. It is the tour operators that depend on us, not us on them. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.

Not a bad hotel for reasonable money. The staff is friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. Convenient location (10 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square). Rooms are clean, towels are changed every day. muesli, vegetables, scrambled eggs. In our situation (leaving early and returning very late), it’s better not to think up.

Were in Prague for the new year. We were seduced by this hotel because we went by car. Parking at the hotel in the city center is a plus. Reviews of tourists of course read. But that would be so sad did not expect. . . First. Parking for only 4 cars. 2 in the "garage" (pictured left door) and two in front of the hotel.

You can only enter the garage on Maiza. There are 2 parking spaces on the street near the hotel. They cannot be ordered in advance. So upon arrival it may turn out that there is no place. But even if you pay for parking, it is not a fact that when you arrive in the evening your place will be free. When we were in a hotel place, the Austrians locked themselves in Opel and disappeared for 3 days. The administration threw up its hands. An unpleasant moment was when paying for parking. We paid for the garage. Granny at the reception said in excellent Russian - 12 euros a night, but the place in the garage is occupied until tomorrow and wait for 8 on the street. Since there was nothing to burn out after the veche, we learned the next day that the car did not fit into the "garage". Well, okay - the difference, we thought, would be returned during the calculation. It wasn't there. A hysterical young lady of about 25 in a mixture of Albanian and Mongolian said that parking on the street costs 10 euros. At the same time, she ran out from behind the counter, shouting that she had a day off (another tourist translated for us from a local), etc. , etc. In a word, she demonstrated the rudeness of a remote village. Second. Breakfast at the level of a 90s road cafe. I don’t know where they get such rubbish at such ridiculous food prices in Prague. Every day is the same, even on the 1st of Jan. It is impossible to eat if you are not an enemy. Third. If you read about the fact that they do not clean well and change linen, then this is definitely a lie. We got the impression that for 8 days this was not done even once. And the last. Hearing is like that. that it seemed that nightly drinking and police races with sirens were taking place under the bed. If you get a room with windows facing the street, you will dream of a house the next night. The administration does not react to night screams in the rooms. Why this hotel is also de Luxe remains a mystery. Spoiled rest. One indisputable plus is the city center, if you suffer from insomnia, of course.
