Arriving in Prague, we were going to stay at the Ambra Hotel in Prague 5 with a group of tourists. After the transfer to the hotel early in the morning, problems immediately began. I could accommodate 2 people. The problem was solved only after a few hours.
The interior of the hotel is outwardly very neat, if not deepened. Then I had to pay attention that the front door to the "courtyard" of the hotel, which is more like a gate, does not lock at all, and the same situation with the front door to the hotel itself. And no one will pay attention to who entered, who left. Thus, all your left things in the hotel are under the threat of "sudden" disappearance.
Breakfast, as written, is a buffet. Not a huge range, but tolerable. It does not play a special role, since you can (should! ) have a great meal in the city itself.

Continuing the story about food, I would like to recommend a great little bar-restaurant not far from the hotel (when exiting, left to the first turn, left to the road and right, it will be the one across the road). It really was a pleasure to spend time there, and even with excellent service, not to mention beer and food.
I return to the hotel. One evening we arrived at the hotel after a long excursion, in a great mood. But how it was hopelessly spoiled! We found that all mobile phones(2) and chargers were literally gone! This was followed by a big showdown, and a call to the police and not at all clean hotel staff. Thank God that the money and documents were with us that day.
It was not possible to prove anything and to do the same.
So be careful with Ambra, not everything is clean and perfect there.
I admit the possibility that the situation could change, but fears are unlikely to disappear.
