On arrival at night, we could not find an extra blanket (husband had a temperature), as everything related to the rooms was locked by the cleaning team. Cleaning is not uniform, one team cleaned very well, the second - just awful. Alas, the second team cleaned more often. One day we were not cleaned the room, because "it was necessary to prepare other rooms after the departure of the guests" and we somehow caught the cleaner to change the dirty towels. She was very unhappy. In the other, we washed the bathroom with dirty water, after such cleaning the room stank of rotten. Changed bathrobes and bed linen once in 10 days only after a very urgent request. ? The thickness of the blankets is so inappropriate for the temperature in the room that we were sweating all the time at night. Other guests said the same.
There is no kettle in the room, as well as regular water cups. Only tiny glasses. ? The temperature of the water in the shower goes with serious interruptions, at one moment you wash yourself at a normal temperature, then boiling water or cold water can unpredictably go. For 10 days, I have never been able to wash myself without such tricks. The toilet in the room was leaking, there was always a puddle on the floor around, we told the cleaning team. Nothing followed. By this time, they were so tired of the terrible service that they did not do anything.
The rooms have old dirty carpeting.

The food is unpredictable. Often the main course was prepared frankly poorly and my husband and I did not eat it. Same thing with the salad bar. On some rare days, everything was not bad and even tasty (fish was especially good), on some days there was nothing to take in the salad bar, because, for example, they mixed what was left from lunch and it turned out something incomprehensible. No drinks are served at lunch or dinner. Only water. From fruits for lunch and dinner, only oranges and grapefruits. Given the statistics on citrus allergy sufferers, many were left without fruits at all. Me included.
The breakfasts were very good and varied in general.

We managed to buy a package with the New Year included. The declared price for the banquet is 139 euros. It was a complete failure. It was so bad that I don't know how the organizers of this action did not fall through the ground with shame. Imagine a very poorly decorated pioneer home with white lined tables and cheap white chair covers. Someone's 13-year-old children performed, dancing ballroom dances in pieces, some girls performed, who were announced as a dance group, but it was clear that they became a dance group probably a week before the New Year. Everything was so bad that most of the guests left before twelve, not wanting to celebrate the New Year itself in such an atmosphere. In the middle of the evening one table formed! under the guests. Each table was given a small bottle of cheap champagne. We poured it out, it was impossible to drink.
The only ones who tried this time were the kitchen team. Both the food and desserts were good.
At the end of the holiday, another incident occurred.
