The hotel is located in the center of the resort area, a 2-5 minute walk to the springs. From the windows on one side there is a magnificent view of the city, on the other - to the mountain. My wife and I immediately changed the 2-bed standard room to a more comfortable one without any additional payment. Nutrition dietary, varied; for lunch and dinner there is a choice of 2 main courses. In case of an excursion, a good dry ration is issued. Therapeutic and prophylactic procedures take place in the morning / from 2 to 6 procedures / directly at the hotel, without any haste or fuss. Very convenient, no need to run anywhere: most of the procedures are on the 2nd and 6th floors, in the basement there is a fitness room and a salt cave, on the 6th floor there is a pool and sauna. At the request of clients, any procedures can be replaced or a more convenient schedule can be drawn up. The hotel is designed for a quiet comfortable stay. Next to the hotel is the travel agency "Natali", where you can buy a variety of discount tours with experienced Russian-speaking guides. . The most favorable exchange rate is with the Vietnamese, next to the restaurant "At Schweik's". My wife and I received in full everything that we expected when planning a vacation in Karlovy Vary in a 3-star hotel and, basically, a good vacation turned out due to the hospitality of the owners. Moreover, we sent our son on vacation there in our footsteps - and he was given a 15% discount on hotel accommodation and settled in the same room with a magnificent view of the city and the Cathedral of Mary Magdalene! The only negative is that in the evening the city freezes, nowhere, except for some restaurants, you will not hear music, animation programs. The main entertainment is leisurely walks in very beautiful surroundings and shopping. . This is understandable - the resort is designed for people of a more respectable age and those in need of treatment, young people are bored here.
