Rudeness, obvious neglect, there is one young lady there, her name is Ruzhena, she is on the 0th floor. , Works in a bathroom complex (mineral baths). the starting temperature is 36 degrees, you need to lie there for 20 minutes . . when you ask for some hot water, she kicks out of the bath, is rude and allows herself everything that none of the service personnel can afford in relation to vacationers. There were many cases when the waitress did not clean the dishes, you sit and there are 10 plates around you. the massage therapist must be sure to say that you would like a massage not for 15 minutes, but 20 (as expected). Basically, we were in horror, they hate Russians, it's a fact. special thanks to the waiter, very attentive and kind, and also to the kitchen manager. (dark girl)
