Greetings! Resting at the Tchaikovsky hotel, I discovered for myself such a pleasant feature. There you can sign up for a procedure called "Nordic Walking" or "Northern Walking". All I had to do was prepare sports clothes and shoes, and they gave me sticks, a raincoat and a backpack. This is such walking along specially laid routes, which, in my opinion, carries a peculiar meaning, both for physical activity and for one's spiritual "I". I really liked that when walking, hand muscle groups and leg muscles are very well trained, as when running. And if you look from the other side, then after a while of walking you can feel harmony with yourself. Feelings when your muscles work and "at heart feel good" deliver a unique pleasure. The atmosphere is very pleasant: interesting people and interesting activities. Training such a walk in a team multiplies everything several times.
