The manager Anna spoke in detail about the hotel and the rules that must be observed and promised to quickly respond to any requests from tourists, as we saw for ourselves.
Masks must be worn only in enclosed spaces (restaurant, reception).
Masks are not issued.

It has 2 swimming pools - one for adults (with a bar), the other for children.

At the same time, the reception staff, apparently thinking that we do not understand English, because communicated with us in Russian, began to giggle at us leafing through our documents and saying among themselves that, of course, we were assigned a different number. It was extremely unpleasant.
The manager Marina appeared half an hour later and after looking at the documents, she began to convince us that it was the hotel’s fault that we had booked the wrong room, no, but Tez Tur was to blame, who allegedly sent incorrect information, while showing us papers where it was clearly written " sea view". . . Yes, and the smell in the room, according to her, is due to the fact that they just cleaned the sewer. . .
As a result, after an hour of bickering, we were settled in a superior room, all on the same ground floor, but with a sea view. I told the guide this situation in order to find out who is to blame, he said that the hotel, of course, never admits guilt because of fear of bad reviews and that not everyone goes to figure it out, some silently swallow and live where they settled ! Awesome!
In general, the hotel itself is good. From time to time there was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, which the staff eliminated after contacting the reception.
I didn’t particularly like the food, there was practically no variety and choice, it was delicious too. And the breakfasts were like a blueprint (in fact, it was the worst buffet I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few of them).
The restaurant staff is very unfriendly, angry, except for the head waiter - an elderly thin man with glasses. He was very sweet and talkative.

The room has a wardrobe, two beds, an armchair-sofa, a table, a chair, a mirror, a huge flat-screen TV, a couple of bedside tables, a telephone, a safe, a balcony. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs, there is a device for drying clothes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Near the pools there are cool sun loungers, umbrellas too. The chairs and sofas on the terrace are also cool. The interior and exterior of the hotel is very modern. That's all for now, in the next review I will write about food and service.
