Ужас! Horror!

I did not want to write any reviews, but then I decided to warn our tourists.
We bought into the reviews for this hotel, then my husband and I realized that these were custom articles (by 90%).
First, there is no sea! Don't trust the pictures! Deception! Only a small cove with a terrible dirty slope! It's funny to talk about such a word as a beach)) What sunbeds!! ! I beg of you! Almost no one swims in this bay, until 13 and after 16 - the water is cold!
The view around is bad!
The hotel guests are ordinary Englishmen who don’t need any sea, they hang out in the bar right in the pool and around from morning to evening - there are a lot of sunbeds there!
The pool is full of bleach, I myself saw how it was loaded there every evening.
Animation - every evening in English, we went, but then it got boring - the same thing.

Be careful when you move in! There is an underground floor opposite the bus stop, where they really like to settle Russians! It's impossible!! ! Ask immediately to the 3rd and 4th floors! It's a little better there, but not much... but still... Prepare a speech in English in advance!
The only pluses are the hotel for adults and good dinners. Managers in the restaurant left a deplorable impression, cooks, waiters are normal.
It takes about 30 minutes to get to Protaras by bus, everything is very far away, there is nowhere to go in the evening!
Yes, very unpleasant reception for 4 stars!
P. S. Near Cristal Springs - well-groomed territory, the nicest staff, we went there... It's much nicer there! But there is only one bay... alas... there is no sea as such!
