Category 4+ corresponds only to rooms of the superior category - square, new interior, soundproofing, large bed, fruit and wine for meetings, bathrobes, kettle and a set of coffee / tea / cream. But you need to buy drinking water, accessories are cheap plastic from the stall opposite, the refrigerator is not working and empty, there is no shower, the plastic partition in the bath lets water through and there is a puddle on the bathroom floor, air conditioning without a remote control, a lock is selected in the balcony door.

A small, extremely neglected territory, even potted plants are not watered, the strongest survive. The pool is yellowed/green. Of the toilets, only the one next to the lobby got under reconstruction, everything else was broken and without ventilation.
