Hotel ratings by criteria:
In Cyprus for the second time. The first time was very pleased. I have never seen such a mess as in this hotel.
1. The hotel staff reminds the administration of hotels in the USSR - neither “hello” to you when communicating, nor “goodbye” when leaving, nothing can be achieved: a proper map of the city, towels for the beach, lunch packages when leaving for excursions, etc. Smile, I don't think they were taught as a child.
2. The advertised water park has been closed for several years.
3. Umbrellas and sun loungers are free, but in order not to be left without them, you need to go to the beach by 7.30 and take a queue. You'll burn without an umbrella. Ads in Russian are posted on neighboring beaches with offers to rent umbrellas and sunbeds for an additional $ 2.
4. Umbrellas and sunbeds you drag and install yourself. Beach staff, they are recruited from 6 to 12 people, sit under an awning all day and they absolutely do not care about your problems.

5. To get to the beach, you have to cross the construction site through construction debris, concrete mixers and a pile of rebar.
6. The building of showers and changing rooms have been closed since the hotel was commissioned. You have to go to the hotel in wet swimsuits. A hose for watering trees is used as a shower.
7. The beach is not cleaned, although sand is constantly harrowed on neighboring beaches.
8. In the room, all the handles dangle, the coat hooks are broken, the air conditioner control panel is held on the wall only by wires.
9. Russians are settled mainly on the 1st floor. The view from the windows of the hotel is either on a scorched plowed field or on the pool with a restaurant of a neighboring hotel.
10. The elevator often does not work.
