2. The rooms are clean, comfortable (the door handles did not fall off and did not even hang out). The air conditioner worked. The view from the room, on the one hand, the plot has not been bought yet and it looks like a wasteland - but quiet. On the other hand, the view is not on someone else's hotel restaurant, but on a restaurant with a swimming pool, which is very common in Limassol (entrance 1 euro) and will not be boring.
3. Beach. Yes, across the road, but in Cannes and in Nice, ALL hotels across the road - I have not read any complaints.
And there was a shower on the beach (why didn't Alexander notice him? ). Two German women asked me: why do Russians wash themselves with a construction hose? Tradition or exotic? I replied that they did not find a shower or a toilet. Cigarette butts - 3-4 meters there is an urn - are buried in the sand.
