I think that most of the reviews about Cuba are based on the fact that people simply have no idea where they are going. I think that this should in no way affect hotels that are expected to provide Maldivian service or Turkish animation. Everything is completely different here. Therefore, I consider all the negative reviews not entirely justified. The first thing I want to say is that Cuba is a country that still lags behind other resorts in many ways, the country is not rich, there are still sanctions, there is a peculiar idea about the service, and it is decades behind in time. Yes, and the hotels are all owned at least partially by the state, from this and everything that follows. When you understand this, you will look at many things with different eyes. We really liked the hotel, take some small money for a tip, and you will understand that tips do millet miracles with service and attitude. For them, a couple of cookies, this is a huge increase in salary, and having spent not so much, you can relax in an ordinary hotel with chic service. Specifically, we flew to Cuba for nightclubs, a gorgeous beach, unique rum and cigars. And the beach here is really great! The sea is excellent, the water is clean and transparent as a tear, the water is warm, but not hot, 25+ degrees. There is no heat yet, during the day the temperature does not rise above 27-28 degrees, and at night it is somewhere around 20. In general, the most comfortable weather for us, super. The food at the hotel is excellent, just don't take what you doubt, but the meat and fish are amazing, especially on the grill. There are many fruits, all tasty and ripe. The bars are open 24 hours, they make awesome cocktails, give a little tip and you will feel a huge difference. The staff at the hotel is pleasant, everyone smiles, they want to help, but you don’t need to swear, just smile, and everything will be fine. It’s also worth going to Havana, it will be a very interesting and exciting experience. There we bought rum and cigars, the cost is lower, and the quality is an order of magnitude better. It is worth walking through the restaurants and the most beautiful places in Havana. The Hemingway House Museum, the San Salvador Fortress, Granma, La Fuerza Castle, you can’t count everything. Finally, a little about the rooms. We booked an ocean view room and enjoyed the amazing view every day. . The rooms are spacious, not new, this is their only drawback. The cleaning is good, bedding and towels are always clean and fresh. Animation is, for the most part, incendiary dances and music, but you can also exercise if you wish. There are two swimming pools for adults and children. The depth is good, but we did not swim in them, because swimming in the ocean cannot be compared with any pool. The territory is very beautiful, a lot of shade and greenery, clean and well maintained. So keep in mind that the hotel is 4 *, this is Cuba, and you will be happy)).
