For me, a lover of mosaics and ceramics, Fusterlandia turned out to be the main attraction of Cuba. Like in Barcelona - Park Gü ell. Fusterlandia is an unusual town-museum on the outskirts of Havana in the Haimanitas district.
The same hotel (Sercotel Lido) used to be called ISLAZUL Lido (as it says on the street sign), or simply Lido. We rested in this hotel from April 20 to April 23.2018, after a holiday in Varadero.
1. I flew to Havana with the Aeroflot airline - no complaints. The staff works quickly, efficiently, the planes are good. The plane has blankets and pillows for each passenger, there is a USB charger, which is very convenient for the phone.
Gorgeous hotel! But not because it is new and modern and rich…. And because the spirit of antiquity still reigns in it, the spirit of the times of the middle of the 20th century, the time of the opening of the hotel, the spirit of the celebrities who visited this hotel.
Hotel for VERY undemanding tourists. There are no cockroaches and bedbugs, but the corridors and the elevator are frankly dirty. One elevator car out of two is completely disabled.
Good hotel, large hall, Wi-Fi but costs 6 kuk. Live music in the evenings in the hotel bar, excellent incl. breakfasts. The rooms are large but miserable in terms of interior and furniture (do not touch the curtains - they will fall off!
Really good hotel. Compared to everything seen in Havana, the best impression-). The room has good furniture, a bidet in the bathroom, a TV with a flash drive slot (important because there are few channels).
We stopped in Havana for a couple of days before moving on to the beautiful beaches of Varadero! I really wanted to complete the entire excursion program, put a tick and finally go, bask in the sun.
Cuba, Havana, hotel TRYP HABANA LIBRE was the beginning of our trip, which included visits to Cuba and Mexico, and the beginning must be said not very successful. Reception.
