2. Upon arrival, I was very confused waiting for luggage. You can immediately see that the Cubans are a bit lazy and work very slowly. Arrived at 16:40, and received my suitcase only at 19:00 - all this time I waited at the luggage belt... I started to get nervous and worried, but then I remembered that I didn’t come here for this.
Dollars are not very profitable to change. 100 USD = 87 kuk, 100 euros = 130 kuk.
3. Hotel. I’ll note right away that I didn’t fly here for the hotel. He did not play a special role for me. From the outside, the hotel is a little shabby, inside - even worse. The elevator works properly, but the buttons in it are all erased. The corridors in the hotel are in the same condition - it's a Cuban troika. If possible and NOT a long stay, I would choose it a second time easily! The location of the hotel is very convenient! And the embankment is not far away and everything else is within easy reach of this is its huge plus! There is WI-FI, but Cuba is a very technologically backward country, so the Internet is sooooo slow, many programs, such as skype, do not work at all. Cost of using 1 hour = $7
4. Number. At first glance it looks like a normal number. The furniture is all shabby. The toilet cistern is broken. The bathtub is from the USSR times, but hot water runs all the time - it pleases! To be honest, it’s scary to get into this bath with bare feet, not to mention the fact that you would lie down there. The sink is all cracked, the faucet is barely holding on. The room has a safe - does not work! There are two large towels that stink terribly of bleach, two bars of soap, an ashtray. The room has air conditioning - but I never used it - it's something incomprehensible. There is a huge wardrobe with a lot of coat hangers.
5. Nutrition. I only had breakfast. The food is normal + the choice is very good for a 3*. You definitely won't leave hungry. Breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00. There are no food requirements.
Conclusion: A good, oldish hotel, which is very conveniently located with good food. If possible, I would choose it as a short overnight stay.
