I have never seen such austerity in any hotel.
Soap is constantly forgotten to be reported. But about cleaning it is necessary to write separately - it is terrible. It seems that they do not wash the floor, as well as sinks and mirrors. they don’t notice), there are stains on the mirrors all the time. In the room, we dripped a little juice with fruits, so they didn’t even wipe it off, not to mention the dust.
The beach is the biggest "bummer" - it is dirty, with glasses, garbage, algae, animal corpses. The staff refuses that the hotel does not rent the beach area and therefore does not clean it. strictly follows this.
It is better not to wear glasses in the pool, otherwise you will be terrified of unsanitary conditions under water - slimy slurry covers the bottom of the pool, in some places there are thickets of algae.
Throughout the territory and in the rooms there are clouds of midges and mosquitoes. Apparently, they have not heard about the treatment from mosquitoes either.
We had modest meals at breakfast, from fruits - unripe melons, watermelons, guava and bananas in modest quantities (by 9 in the morning they are already running out). We were in the mango season, but we never saw mangoes in the dining room.
