The hotel is very beautiful and impresses with its scale. The staff is impeccable, they speak some English. There is a Russian girl-manager, but we did without her services. We prepared for the trip in advance and, in principle, knew everything - about the hotel, excursions, prices, etc. However, the sea was disappointing. Firstly, what is positioned as "the hotel's own beach" in fact is not. In the evening there are a lot of people who are not at all a hotel, a lot of annoying fruit and beads sellers who are already accustomed to Russian tourists and do not want to lower prices. Fruits are weighed on fake scales, the sight of which takes laughter. I sent them all. The Chinese are driving along the beach on ATVs, and in the sea - the same Chinese on motor boats, from which not only the waves, but also the nasty smell of diesel fuel - I least of all expected this on vacation "by the sea under a palm tree. " Well, the proximity of the beach - I would like the sea to be closer. Somehow, in scrap, it was dragging to the sea along the alley and the underground passage. The sea is clean but not transparent. True, no living creatures-jellyfish were observed. The sea was sometimes calm, sometimes with strong waves - in principle, both suited us.
The hotel has several swimming pools, the largest one is of the Olympic type, but even in it the depth is no more than 1.80 m, in the rest - 1.20 and we did not swim in them. There is a pool with fish - paid.
The hotel area is very beautiful, from the 13th floor we had a wonderful view. The inside of the hotel is also stylish and damn nice. The rooms are very pleasant. My daughters and I lived in the Deluxe Sea View, as described on the websites - everything is in the room, including a hairdryer and washing powder. Cleaned every day, towels are changed too, but bed linen - only on request (there is a special card - put it on the bed - change). Water - 1 bottle per person per day. There is a kettle, tea bags (black, green) and coffee are added every day.

We did not take a taxi to the city with hotel taxi drivers, but went out onto the road and caught a taxi and drove according to the meter - to the city - 20 yu, to Dadonghai - 25 or 30 yu. Hotel rooms charge 30-40 and 50, respectively.
We ate mainly in the hotel restaurants. Expensive, of course, but very tasty and definitely from fresh. We went to such a measure after my eldest daughter was poisoned with seafood in the Tavern on the second day of the trip. The poisoning was very serious - they went to the hospital. In general, there are small cafes in the hotel area where you can eat inexpensively, and the restaurant (with a big stretch) Marina is inexpensive, I paid 175 yu for lunch for three, at the hotel I gave 350-400 yu every day.
I recommend the hotel itself for recreation, but I myself will not go there myself - and indeed, in general, to Hainan. Better to Phuket to Thailand.
