In the queue for the elevator, the same thing, despite the fact that people are already standing at the elevator and waiting to leave, they began to rush ahead of everyone without paying attention to anyone.
When booking the hotel, I clarified about the late check-out at 18:00, in an email they answered that this issue needs to be resolved upon check-in and that the amount for half a day will be taken, when checking in, the hotel showed the answer, but the money was still taken for a full day, after a night there was no desire and time to argue about the flight, I wanted to quickly check in and relax, before leaving I wrote a message through booking again, I did not receive an intelligible answer from the hotel administration, no one was going to return the money for half a day, pretending that they did not understand what I was from them want.
But the last straw was the incident during the eviction: not only did this process take quite a long time, they sit, look for something on their computer, note for 15-20 minutes, in general they pretend that they are working hard, but also with us they began to demand money for supposedly used paid shampoos, on the offer to show evidence that we used shampoo, handed over a piece of paper with Chinese characters and highlighting the date marker, bet 20 minutes through an interpreter, did not get anything from them, paid and went to the airport, as There was already a lot of time and they risked being late.
The barbecue evening did not like the meat and the seafood was very peppery. The hotel has 3 elevators for guests and 1 for staff. more than 5 minutes in line for the elevator did not stand.

The supermarket is open until 23-00. The room was cleaned daily, water, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes, shower gel, soap were delivered, towels and bed linen were changed every 2 days! The hotel has a great location, around cafes, fruit shops, McDuck, Summermall Shopping Center, Pineapple and incredible nature! ! ! ! ! 2-3 minutes walk to the sea. We went on a tour of the hotel in YANOD for $ 56 per person with meals. We recommend we really liked it! ! ! ! ! The beach is small, there were NEVER enough umbrellas and sun loungers for all vacationers!
They took breakfast....for a child of 12 years old, eat only cereal with milk... everything else is food of dubious quality and origin.
When checking out, it’s a circus in general: a representative of the travel agency Pegas - Albina, upon checking in, told us that when checking out, you don’t need to rent a room... just at the reception you need to hand over the electronic key to the hotel representative and wait for the deposit for the room to be returned. Bottom line: we are informed that when checking the room, it was found that a paid set of bathroom accessories was opened in US and the deposit will be returned minus the cost of the damaged set. The result - they scammed for money easily... you can’t argue with them, because. a lot of Chinese came running from the Solar Dragon travel agency... I haven’t heard such an ora for a long time....
In short, this "hotel" with an application for 5 stars! turned out to be just a city hotel... and the stars also turned out to be "Chinese".
The help of the travel agency comes down to organizing very expensive excursions and selling SIM cards at a price 4 times higher than that of the Chinese on the street.
The impressions of such a "vacation" are simply terrible... China is lost for me forever)))))
Regarding the geographical position of the hotel, it is an urban-type hotel, it has no territory, that is, leave the hotel and immediately find yourself on the street, in the cycle of events! There are many shops, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Opposite the hotel, Lida's shop - there you can buy a SIM card and put money on it there and make very inexpensive calls both in China and Russia. An electric car goes to the beach from the hotel every 30 minutes, and on foot to the sea 5-7 minutes, no more. The sea is clean, the temperature is +25. So we all really enjoyed it! Very satisfied with the rest!
